| Strong Currents and high tension this oil boom can handle it. Designed for repeated deployment around ships, barges, and facilities in an open-harbor environment. Has more freeboard, and more tensile strength than most booms. Mark II Top Tension oil boom is 21" overall height - 6" diameter molded solid polypropylene flotation, 12" draft skirt, 5/16" coated galvanized top tension cable, 5/16" hot dipped galvanized proof coil chain ballast, standard International orange color, standard heavy weight universal connectors.
All response oil booms are also available in 18 oz. PVC, 24 oz. Alloy (XR5-B), and 23 oz. Urethane. Connectors are shown with our standard, other connectors available on all booms. Other colors also available upon request by special order.
