Specification - 8" Diameter solid core rolled flotation.  16" draft skirt; reinforced vinyl fabric; international orange color; galvanized proof coil chain ballast; stainless steel stress plates; complete with double hook/ring load line connector and slotted tube connection seal, Quick-latch (ASTM), Navy male/female aluminum, or Quick slide (UNIVERSAL) aluminum connectors.
